Shipping policy


Villahearth (hereinafter referred to as “we”) processes and delivers orders through a structured system workflow after order confirmation. This policy outlines how orders move from placement to delivery, including timing and handling at each stage.

1. Delivery Coverage

Shipping services are currently available within the United States only.

The system will automatically verify the delivery address during checkout. Orders with unsupported addresses cannot be completed.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders totaling $450 or more (including $450) qualify for free shipping.

Orders below $450 will incur a flat shipping fee of $5.99.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

3. Order Processing Schedule

Orders are processed based on daily cut-off times:

Orders completed before 18:00 (CET) are included in the same-day processing queue.
Orders completed after 18:00 (CET) are moved to the next business day.
Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Processing Time

Orders require 1–3 business days for processing, including verification and preparation for shipment.

Once processing is complete, the order will enter the shipping stage.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–8 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.

6. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using the following carriers:

USPS
UPS
DHL Express

Carrier details will be updated once the order has been shipped.

7. Order Tracking

After order confirmation, a notification email will be sent containing order number, payment details, and shipping information.

Customers can track their order status through the “Track My Order” page by entering their email address or phone number along with the order number.

8. Responsibility Statement

Product issues:
If damage or loss occurs during shipping, customers may contact support for assistance and verification.

Order changes:
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Address accuracy:
Shipping is based strictly on the information provided by the customer. Incorrect details may affect delivery outcomes.

9. Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to check the package upon delivery, including:

Package condition
Product status
Completeness of accessories
