Villahearth (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides a structured return and exchange process after order delivery. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled, including conditions and timelines.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted beyond this period will not be processed.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email or phone and provide the order number, payment details, and a description of the issue, along with supporting photos or videos if applicable.

Once approved, we will provide a return address. Customers should send the product to the specified address and wait for confirmation upon receipt.

Please carefully pack the product together with all accessories, materials, and the return label included in the original package.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, customers must contact us with order details and a description of the issue.

After approval, a return address will be provided. The product must be returned with all accessories, materials, and the return label included in the original packaging.

Customers should send the item back and wait for confirmation after it is received.

Once received, we will inspect the item. If it meets the exchange conditions, a replacement will be shipped to the original address.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.

After processing, refunds are typically completed within 2–3 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Cost Responsibility

For returns due to product defects, quality issues, odor, color differences, or incorrect items, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

For returns without specific reason, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Responsibility Notice

Returned items must remain in complete condition, including original packaging, accessories, and materials. Missing components may affect the return outcome.

Improper packaging during return shipping may result in damage, which can affect inspection results.

Customers are advised to keep relevant shipping records during the return process.
