Refunds are not issued manually but are completed through the original payment route. Customers do not need to take additional steps and may check progress through their order details.

After the refund is processed, funds are typically returned within 2–3 business days.

Changing the refund destination or payment method is not supported.

5. Relation to Returns

If a refund is based on a return request, the item must be received and inspected before the refund process begins.

Returned items should remain complete, including original packaging, accessories, and materials. Items that do not meet these conditions may affect the refund outcome.

6. Fee Handling

Refund amounts are calculated based on the actual order situation.

In cases related to product issues, the corresponding amount will be refunded accordingly.
For other scenarios, the final amount will be determined based on the order structure.

7. Factors Affecting Refunds

Refund processing may be delayed or impacted under the following conditions:

Returned items not sent as required
Incomplete or unverifiable information
Mismatch between returned items and request description

In such cases, the final decision will be based on the inspection results.

8. Order Records

Refund-related updates will be reflected in the order records, including processing status and completion stages.
