Order Cancellation Policy


Villahearth (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides an order management system that allows customers to request cancellation before an order enters fulfillment. This policy explains how cancellation eligibility is determined and how each request is handled.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.

A 48-hour window is applied after order placement. Within this period, if the order has not been dispatched, cancellation is generally possible.

Once an order exceeds 48 hours or has already entered the shipping stage, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may instead wait for delivery and then request a return and refund. Please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy for further details.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation request, customers must contact our support team via email or phone and provide the order number along with payment verification details.

All cancellation requests are reviewed in the order they are received. Once reviewed, customers will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.

If the cancellation is approved, the order will be stopped from further processing and moved directly into the refund queue.

3. Refund Handling After Cancellation

When a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.

Refunds are typically completed within 2–3 business days after processing begins, depending on the payment provider’s handling time.

4. Important Notes

Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfillment stage.

Because orders are processed quickly after confirmation, timing plays a key role in cancellation eligibility.

Customers are encouraged to review order details carefully before completing payment.
